Registration for, purchase of, or attendance at an event is also governed by the specific Luma listing and London Venture Run Event Terms shown before booking. 2. Information on the site

We aim to keep information accurate and current. A programme in development can change. Dates, venues, speakers, hosts, capacity, access arrangements, prices, and availability are not confirmed unless identified as confirmed on the relevant page or registration listing. Check the official event page and communications before travel or commitment.

Site content is general information, not business, legal, financial, medical, investment, or professional advice.

3. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site; interfere with its operation or security; attempt unauthorised access; introduce malicious code; scrape or overload it in a harmful manner; impersonate another person; submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, discriminatory, infringing, or unsolicited promotional content; or use site information to harass people.

Reasonable indexing by search engines and ordinary personal/non-commercial browsing are permitted.

4. Accounts, registrations, and third-party services

Event registration is expected to be provided through Luma. Luma and payment providers have their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for an external service's availability or independent conduct, but this does not remove any responsibility we have under applicable law or the event contract.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the site design, brand, logo, copy, graphics, photography, video, and other site content are owned by or licensed to Venture Run and protected by applicable rights. You may view and make a reasonable personal copy for information. You may not reproduce, adapt, publish, sell, or use our brand or content commercially without permission.

Ownership of material created by event participants is addressed in the Event Terms and any agreement between collaborators. Site use alone does not transfer your intellectual property to Venture Run.

6. Submissions

When you submit an enquiry or proposal, you confirm that you are entitled to provide it and that doing so does not infringe another person's rights or confidentiality. Submission does not create a partnership, acceptance, employment, speaking engagement, sponsorship, or duty to use the idea.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and context. A link does not imply endorsement unless expressly stated.

8. Availability and liability

We may update, suspend, or withdraw site functions for maintenance, security, legal, or operational reasons.
