What is London Venture Run?
London Venture Run is a three-day, cross-industry build festival in London. People form teams, use practical sessions and support, and turn early ideas into tangible first versions.
When and where is it?
It will take place in London in late January 2027. Exact dates and venues will be published on this website and the official Luma calendar when confirmed.
Do I need to arrive with an idea?
No. You can bring an idea, join someone else's, or find a direction through the opening and team-formation programme.
Do I need a team?
No. The programme is designed to help people meet collaborators. You may also attend selected individual events without joining a build team.
Do I need technical skills?
No. Teams benefit from creative, research, communication, commercial, production, facilitation, and community skills as well as technical ones.
What can I make?
An app, service, prototype, film or media concept, brand, physical product, publication, campaign, experience, community initiative, or another testable first version. The work can cross tracks.
What is the difference between the LVR Pass and an individual event ticket?
The LVR Pass registers you for the full three-day run and programming marked as included. Individual tickets let people attend selected public events without the full pass.
Does the LVR Pass guarantee every limited session?
No. Some high-demand workshops and clinics are included but require a separate free reservation. Every schedule page states whether pass holders can walk in or must reserve.
How much does it cost?
Prices, concessions, and any free allocations will be published on the official Luma pages before registration opens. Venture Run will never ask you to send ticket payment by email.
Who can take part?
The event is being designed for students, professionals, founders, independents, creators, operators, and community builders across disciplines. Any age or eligibility rule will be stated clearly on the relevant Luma page before registration.
How do accessibility adjustments work?
Each confirmed event page will publish venue and format information. For adjustments or questions, contact contact@venturerun.org with the subject "LVR 2027 accessibility". Please share only the information needed for the request.
Who owns what a team creates?
Venture Run does not take ownership merely because work is created at the event. Team members are responsible for agreeing contributions, credit, confidentiality, and ownership between themselves. The final participant terms will explain the rules before registration opens.
How can my organisation sponsor, host, speak, mentor, or bring a community?
Use the Get Involved form or email contact@venturerun.org. Tell us what you can contribute, who it helps, and which part of the programme is relevant.
