Ideas deserve momentum.

Bring your idea to life.

Venture Run brings ambitious people from different disciplines together to turn early ideas into tangible projects. Come with an idea, join someone else's, or discover what you want to create along the way.

A film. Something you have not built yet.

Why Venture Run exists

Too many good ideas remain unfinished.

Ideas rarely disappear because they lack potential. They stall because the right collaborator is missing, the next step feels unclear, everyday life interrupts, or starting alone becomes overwhelming.

Venture Run creates the conditions needed to move forward: focused time, practical support, useful tools, complementary people, and a reason to stop postponing the first version.

You do not need everything figured out. You only need somewhere to begin.

What is Venture Run?

A concentrated space for making things real.

Venture Run is part collaborative build sprint, part creative gathering, and part launchpad. Participants work across disciplines to shape ideas, assemble teams, create tangible first versions, receive feedback, and share what they have made.

Some projects may become companies. Others may become films, books, brands, campaigns, communities, installations, or personal creative experiments.

The outcome does not have to fit into a conventional category. It simply has to move from imagination towards reality.

How it works

Six stages from idea to first version.

  1. 01

    Arrive

Come with an idea, a skill, a curiosity, or simply the desire to make something.

  2. 02

    Connect

Meet people from different disciplines and find collaborators who complement your strengths.

  3. 03

    Shape

Clarify the idea, identify the audience, define the first achievable outcome, and create a practical plan.

  4. 04

    Make

Use focused creation time, workshops, tools, and mentor support to produce something tangible.

  5. 05

    Share

Present the project, gather feedback, tell its story, and invite others into what comes next.

  6. 06

    Continue

Leave with momentum, collaborators, resources, and a clearer route for developing the project beyond the event.

What could you create?

Your idea does not need to fit into a box.

Ways to participate

Three routes in. Choose what fits.

Bring an idea

You already have something you want to create and need collaborators, guidance, or momentum.

Join a project

You want to contribute your skills, meet ambitious people, and help bring someone else's idea to life.

Discover as you go

You are ready to create but have not yet decided what the project should be.

Participants do not need an existing idea, team, business, portfolio, or technical background.

Who belongs here?

Different disciplines. Shared momentum.

Venture Run works because people do not all think, create, or contribute in the same way. The strongest projects often emerge when disciplines that rarely meet begin working together.

Partners

Help more ideas become real.

Venture Run works with organisations that give creators access to useful tools, expertise, opportunities, spaces, audiences, and resources.

Partnerships should feel participatory rather than decorative. A partner might host a workshop, provide technology, offer mentorship, support production, create a challenge, supply a venue, fund access, document the event, or help promising projects continue afterwards.

Meet the people building what comes next.

Newsletter

Follow what gets built.

Receive event announcements, project stories, opportunities, partner updates, and practical resources for turning ideas into reality.

Your idea does not have to remain an idea.

Bring the concept, the curiosity, or the skill you have been waiting to use. Venture Run will help you find the people, tools, and momentum to take the next step.
