Programme
From early idea to first version.
London Venture Run combines a structured three-day build journey with independently bookable workshops, talks, clinics, socials, and showcases across London.
Three-day journey
Day 1
Find & Form
Bring an idea or discover one. Meet collaborators, choose a direction, define the problem, and agree what a credible first version looks like.
Planned formats: Opening, idea exchange, team formation, problem framing, customer discovery, track introductions, evening social.
Day 2
Make & Test
Build with focused work time, practical workshops, tools, mentors, and early feedback.
Planned formats: Build blocks, tool labs, specialist workshops, mentor clinics, peer tests, community sessions.
Day 3
Refine & Share
Improve the work, tell the story clearly, share a demo or showcase, and leave with a next-step plan.
Planned formats: Refinement, storytelling, feedback, demos/showcase, next-step connections, closing.
What we mean
What "first version" means.
A first version is not required to be a company or a polished product. It is the clearest tangible expression of an idea that can be made and tested in three days: a prototype, MVP, pilot, scene, storyboard, identity, publication sample, service blueprint, campaign concept, event format, research artefact, or community proposition.
Support
What LVR provides.
- A clear working rhythm
- Ways to meet collaborators
- Relevant workshops, tools, and mentors
- Focused making time
- Feedback and a moment to share
- Routes to useful people and resources after the event where available
Venture Run does not promise funding, incorporation, investor access, employment, launch success, or continued support unless a specific confirmed programme provides it.
Tracks
Different disciplines. Shared momentum.
Tracks help people discover relevant sessions and collaborators. They are not boxes, judging categories, or limits on what a team may create.

Apps, AI tools, platforms, services, and new venture models.
Design, Brands & Products
Identities, services, objects, fashion, food, packaging, and physical prototypes.
Film, Media & Creator Economy
Short films, series concepts, campaigns, formats, and audience-led media.
Arts, Culture & Publishing
Books, zines, research, installations, performance, and cultural projects.
Experiences & Communities
Events, exhibitions, learning formats, collectives, and social initiatives.
Open Track
Work that crosses disciplines or does not have a category yet.
Expectations
Come ready to contribute.
Come ready to contribute, listen, share credit, respect boundaries, and help the team finish something. You do not need to arrive with an idea, a team, or technical skills.
